What is a good tire and tire pressure to run for TT's? My general thought is, the higher the pressure that faster I will go. I currently fill to the max on mine now at 120 psi.

Highly personal
, depends on:
clinchers or tubies
your weight
riding style
road condition
comfort level weather
For me, most occasions I tend to use 110-115 for clincher and 140 for tubular

Thanks Gary.
clinchers or tubies

riding style
Aggressive. As fast as possible. I mostly do 10 mile TT's, but I train for them on 20-25 mile rides.
road condition
Depends. Training, a little of everything, concrete to blacktop. TT's on blacktop.
comfort level weather
Not sure what you mean. I'm fairly comfortable on a bike.
Weather can vary. I live in Michigan, so it changes.

If using 22 or 21mm tires, try 140 psi and see how that feels, remember that there is a fine balance between comfort, tracking/rolling resistance, and speed

I use to live in Rancho San Diego, does that count?
I use a 23 mm tire. I will look for a 140 psi, does width play into it that much?

I just noticed you typed clinchers, in that case, run 23mm and 115 psi, maybe 120
I use Vredstein Tricomps, very nice
