    Well here goes my first TT! on 5/22 in Reno it is. Any last minute Tips? Thx Alan

    What's the distance? Is it flat? Hills? If it is longer than let's say 10k. Don't go out too hard and too fast to start. you'll regret it for the latter half of the race! Make sure you warm-up and give yourself plenty (emphasis on plenty) of time to get yourself ready to head to the start line. It takes time to change wheels, pump tires, put the trainer away, get shoes/booties/gloves/helmet/glasses on. Rushing on race day will get you in trouble. I was late 3 minutes to the startline once.
