I have a TT event in three weeks. Even though I have experience as a road racer, this is my first TT event. I will reach my peak or what I consider my peak performance two weeks out. How do I or will I be able to maintain this fitness until race day? (Did I peak too early?) Thanks,

I'm no expert (but AB is) and it appears if you have a low volume, high intensity week that third week - you should be okay.
