I was researching power meters, and I was leaning toward a powertap with a wheel cover for TT's. Until I read that the USCF is not allowing their use after 1-1-07. Does anyone know if that is true? Any feedback on power meters would be appreciated also. Thanks.

its true, they are NOT as fast as a disc anyway
