    Would someone who has done this course please characterize the layout/topography.

    it's a 10 mile out and back as you know, Starts out with a slight downhill from the start then a nice little climb. A nice downhill to the left off that hill into a fairly long false flat type of terrain until the turn around. The turn-around is well marked with people there so you can't miss it. The way back is nice and fast from what I remember. I've only done this once but you see it 3 times as it's on the same course the RR is on. It should be easy to get a sub 24 minute time on this course. That said I hope I can get that time
