I'm researching shoe options....thinking about the Shimano custom...and wondering what you're using and why you'd recommend / not recommend (20 words or less)!
I'm currently on Specialized, have had food pronation issues with them. Had good luck with Shimano's prior to the switch....
so, what do you wear?
do you recommend them (why/why not)?
Thanks

I would go with Shimano although I do not have experience with the custom fit model. I am currently riding the Shimano 220 and it is very comfortable, high quality, decent price, and relatively light. I have ridden Sidi, Nike, Carnac, Time, other Shimanos in the past and Shimano has by far been the most comfortable and highest quality for me.

My feet are standard/narrow at the back, but rather wide at the front. Past few years been using DMT R3, a multisport version of their road shoe that uses one strap mounted very high and leaves the toe box nice and roomy.
